Program Description
Nick and Jim of Wipfli LLP will share their expertise in CECL over the last 12 months as they review what financial institutions decided to do with the changes and what you should expect with CECL in the months/years to come. Please bring your questions with you, as there will be time to answer questions. We will start the event at 6:00 PM CT and hope to have everyone back on the road by 7:30 PM CT. Nick Ansley
Partner, Wipfli LLP
Nick is a partner who brings more than 15 years of invaluable experience to financial institution clients. He has particular expertise with external audit and accounting and control issues that specifically impact financial institutions. Nick also has extensive commercial loan review experience. He has worked with large banks to develop internal control narratives and testing programs to assist them with FDICIA compliance requirements. Bringing additional value to his clients, Nick also assists with various agreed-upon procedure engagements and internal control reviews.
Jim Kluck
FVP - Asset Liability Management, Bankers' Bank
Jim joined Bankers’ Bank in March 2017 as Vice President to lead the Asset Liability Management solution called ALM Driver. He received his Master's degree from Marquette University and has worked for over 27 years for financial institutions. His experience ranges from financial modeling to vendor management to leading executive focus groups to banking insurance. He currently maintains a Certified Managerial Accountant designation. Based out of Bankers' Bank's home office in Madison WI, Jim resides in a smaller town about 20 minutes away with his wife and two teenage children. Throughout his career, Jim has remained centered on the idea that 1) collaboration is the key to success, and 2) you need to understand the other person's situation to best help them.

Refunds and Cancellations
A refund will be provided for cancellations received by FMS in writing prior to one (1) week before the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
